Gemäß der Konzessionsabgabenverordnung vom 22. Juli 1999 sind Gemeinden und Landkreise berechtigt, je nach Einwohnerzahl einen bestimmten Betrag pro
Kilowattstunde für die Nutzung von öffentlichen Verkehrswegen zu verlangen:
bis 25.000 Einwohner = 1,32 Cent pro Kilowattstunde
bis 100.000 Einwohner = 1,59 Cent pro
Kilowattstunde
bis 500.000 Einwohner = 1,99 Cent pro
Kilowattstunde
über 500.000 Einwohner = 2,39 Cent pro Kilowattstunde
